Tortilla Chicken Fajita 200g
This wheat tortilla is stuffed with flavourful chicken, grilled peppers and onions, as well as herbs such as cilantro, basil, oregano and rosemary. All topped with flavourful cheddar cheese and a moderately strong salsa sauce to make the taste experience complete! Rolls nicely on the roller grill.
Cooking
Remove the product from the freezer. Place the unopened package in the refrigerator (temp +1 ⁰C to +6 ⁰C). After the product has thawed, remove it from the plastic package and place it on a roller grill (+80°C). The recommended internal temperature will be reached after about 30 minutes (+70 ⁰C). May be left on the roller grill for 4 hours. Important: place the product in the direction opposite to the direction in which the rollers rotate. Make sure the rollers are rotating. Place the product on a contact grill to make it crispy before serving. The product may be heated in a microwave oven (750W for 1 min.). Place in a serving pouch and wrap in a serviette. Serve.
Storage/Usage
Store at -18°C or colder.
Should not be refrozen after being thawed. Store thawed product at a maximum temperature of +8°C for a maximum of 3 day
