Our creamy and flavourful mashed potatoes are the perfect accompaniment to sausages and meatballs. Just add water and the portion is ready to serve after just 20-25 seconds. The mash does not clump or stick, all for easy handling!
Cooking
Follow the instructions given by the potato machine operator regarding preparation and maintenance. Traditional cooking: Bring 25l water to the boil – remove from energy. Stir bag content (5 kg product) quickly into the hot boiling water. Allow to stand for approximately 3 minutes. Ready-to-serve. A package provides about 166 portions à 180g of finished product. Note, if extra fat is added, it shall be added into the finished mashed potato, not in the water.
Storage/Usage
Dry, not over normal room temperature until date on package (expiration date).
