Cooking
- Rollergrill: 80-85°C 25 min-2h - Frying table: 95-100°C 30 min-2h. Turn every 15 min. Inner temperature: 72 °C
Storage/Usage
Keep frozen (-18 °C) until the date on the package (use-by date). In refrigerator (+8 °C) max. 5 days. Must not be refrozen after defrosting
Defrost in fridge for about 12-24h before cooking. Do not refreeze after defrosted. In refrigerator (+8°C) max 5 days.
