A skinless sausage with roots in Spain, with a lovely heat from cayenne pepper and garlic. The sausage also contains paprika, which gives it its characteristic red colour. Perfect for the roller grill. Olé!

Thawed product: roller grill 80 - 85° C 30 minutes - 2 hours.Core temperature: 72° C
Storage/Usage
Storage: at freezing temperature (-18 °C) until the date indicated on the package (best before date). In the refrigerator (+8 °C) max. 5 days. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Defrost in fridge.
