Our kebab meat is made from thinly cut beef and pre-cooked as well as pre-cut. Everything to make handling as easy as possible. Just put it on the frying table and heat it for a few minutes!
Frying plate: 180 °C for about 4 min.
Deep frozen: -18 °C or below until specified date on package (expiration date). Do not refreeze after thawing.
